Frequently Asked Questions

Due to heat value limitations, requests may be rate-limited. If an error occurs when calling an interface, always check whether the interface call frequency exceeds the limit.

If you need to increase your heat value limit, please contact us without delay.

Why did my heat value threshold decrease?

Different packages have their own independent heat value thresholds, and the heat value threshold of the package is different from that of the points. The system will automatically compare the package heat value threshold with the points heat value threshold, and take the larger value as the final effective heat value threshold.
If the heat value threshold of your current package is higher than that of the points, the heat value threshold of the points will not take effect. When your package expires, it may cause the final effective heat value threshold to decrease.

File Upload Notes

When uploading common knowledge files, please pay attention to the following rules and restrictions:

  1. File Type Requirements
Currently only .docx format files are supported. More file types will be gradually supported in the future, please stay tuned for updates.
  2. Text Content Size Limit (Not File Size)
The text content size of a single upload must not exceed 1MB. This limit refers to the "parsed text content volume", not the file size on disk. Reference value: Pure Chinese text of about 500,000 characters approaches this upper limit (actual based on system parsing results).
  3. Handling Method for Exceeding the Limit
If the upload content is too large, please first divide the content into multiple segments/multiple files by yourself, then upload in multiple times.
  4. Suggestions to Avoid Failure
Please do not judge whether uploading is possible based solely on file size. Even if the .docx file size is not large, uploading may still fail due to text content exceeding the limit if the number of characters approaches or exceeds about 500,000 characters.

On the Thinking Logs and Dream Logs pages of the platform, a manual trigger feature is provided to allow users to initiate the corresponding capabilities directly from the interface.
It should be noted that this feature does not guarantee successful execution. During actual invocation, requests are still subject to the platform’s unified system constraints, including but not limited to:

  • Invocation frequency limits
  • Insufficient user points
  • Insufficient remaining invocation quota

If any of the above conditions are not met, a manually triggered request may fail to execute.
To review detailed invocation results, failure reasons, or execution details, please refer to the Service Invocation Logs, where the complete invocation status and error information are recorded.
